We’re a Cardiff-based web design agency, and we don’t stop at building websites. We focus just as much on SEO, because a great-looking site that nobody finds isn’t doing its job. We work closely with our clients to help them show up on Google, get the clicks, and turn that visibility into real work landed.
We’re best known for booking systems, built into WordPress and other websites, with no ongoing SaaS fees. Once we build it, you own it. Forever. We’re particularly strong with chauffeur and executive travel companies, and anywhere a booking system genuinely helps, class scheduling, wellness treatments, appointments, we’re a strong fit too.
Our Story
I started Appvalanche because I saw too many people struggling with their online presence, and too many customers hitting friction just trying to book a service, get in touch, or buy a product. There are brilliant businesses across South Wales, the UK, and beyond, and it never sat right with me that customers wanting to buy from them couldn’t do it easily.
So I set out to remove that friction, and help businesses show up and sell online properly.
I started the business in 2022, on my own, working with local businesses, gyms, wellness centres, local trades, taxi and chauffeur companies. I always focused on the client first. Whether the job was something I already knew inside out or something I had to learn, I stayed close to every client and built the best solution I could for them. Most clients still say it’s that close relationship, and the willingness to go above and beyond, that keeps them with us.
From there, the business grew. We started with web design and booking platforms, then moved into getting our clients’ customers actually finding them, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and lead generation. Here we are in 2026, still doing the same thing: building booking software and keeping our clients happy.
