Big news from our corner of Cardiff. Appvalanche Digital has been named a finalist for Creative & Digital Business of the Year at the Cardiff Business Awards 2026.
We’re a small, founder-led team, and we’ve spent the last few years doing one thing properly: building websites and booking systems for chauffeur and executive travel companies. Getting recognised alongside some of the best creative and digital businesses in the city means a lot.
What we do
We build websites and online booking systems for chauffeur and executive travel firms across South Wales, the South West and the West Midlands.
We picked one industry on purpose. Chauffeur companies have very specific needs, like airport transfers, return journeys, per-mile pricing and driver dispatch. Generic web agencies rarely get that right. We’ve learned it inside out.
The problem we fix
A lot of chauffeur firms still run on phone calls, WhatsApp messages and a diary. Every booking means someone stopping what they’re doing to check availability, work out a price and pass the job to a driver.
It’s slow, it’s easy to get wrong, and every missed call is a job that goes to a competitor.
What we build instead
A proper online booking system. Your customer picks their journey, sees the price, pays upfront, and the booking lands straight with your team. No phone tag, no chasing deposits.
We build on WordPress, the eCab booking platform and Stripe payments, then add custom work so the system fits how your business actually runs.
The result we're proudest of
For one client, we cut the time from a customer enquiry to a driver being assigned from around 30 minutes to 2 minutes.
That’s not just a nicer website. That’s the same team handling more jobs every day, with less admin and fewer missed bookings.
Who you'll work with
We’ve built over 20 websites and look after around 14 clients, including Strata Executive Travel and Andre Lewis Travel.
Everything is built in-house. No outsourcing, no hand-offs to junior staff. You deal with the same person from the first call to launch day and beyond.

What happens next
We presented to the judging panel on 7th October, and the winners will be announced at the Cardiff Business Awards black tie dinner on 13th November.
